Where do you ship to?

We ship via UPS Ground to the continental US and Canada.

If you are ordering from Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii, please email pamelawaldropshaw@gmail.com with your order.  She will find the most cost effective shipping method for you.

How & when will my order ship?

Orders placed before 5pm CT will be shipped next business day via UPS ground.  Shipping times depending on your location from Bowling Green Kentucky. At this time, we ship to physical street addresses only and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Refund Policy

No refunds once the plastic is broken.  All other refunds your shipping expense.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase of The Design Book!

If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided your planner is:

  • Unused and unwritten in
  • In its original, unopened shrink-wrap
  • In new, undamaged, resalable condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price and applicable refundable sales tax to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To request a return, please contact us through our website within 30 days of delivery, including your name and order number. We will provide return instructions.

If your planner arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
